Mindfulness is best learnt with a teacher. Our mindfulness programs can be done privately with an experienced trainer, by distance learning, over the phone or via Skype.
Our individual Mindfulness courses are done in real time, no pre-recorded material and no groups. This is a chance to practice together and for your own process to unfold under the guidance of an experienced teacher. We recommend 1 hour sessions once per week.
A private mindfulness course includes:
- An initial short phone session to discuss the program
- 1 hour weekly sessions in person or via phone or Zoom
- Instructor support via email after each session
- Course notes or an MBSR Course book
- Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice
Home practice is important and we encourage you to practice daily. If you have any questions or difficulties in between sessions, please let us know.
Individual mindfulness coaching – $180 per 50 – 60 minute sessions. Additional fees will apply if travel and room hire is required.
