A professional educator and mindfulness teacher, I work with individuals and organisations, supporting them to develop greater clarity and purpose.

“The practice of mindfulness is personally and professionally relevant for a modern audience, it can change lives, transform organisations and strengthen communities.  Mindfulness offers knowledge, capability and greater self-awareness – the foundation for success in all human interaction. I invite you to explore this powerful practice, to know your innate potential and experience greater resonance with life.”

I am a professional educator and qualified music teacher with extensive experience as a trainer and presenter.  Above all, I am a practitioner, passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation, yoga and a range of somatic practices that have helped me find greater balance and vitality in life.  My experience includes teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and I am a qualified MBSR-Teens instructor. Fully certified with MTIA, Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, I am part of a global teacher training network linked with the Centre for Mindfulness USA.  A qualified iRest Instructor, I also offer programs to ease trauma and PTSD for veterans, active duty service members and their families.

I am an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of Australia’s leading mindfulness training organisations and Mind with Heart International, delivering specialised programs to support the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and students.

Be Still is associated with Australia’s largest mindfulness training network. Talk to Lydia about organising your next workshop or training course.
